JAKARTA – PT Selamat Sempurna bk (SMSM) to distribute the cash dividend of IDR 115.17 billion from its 2020 net profit on July 15, 2021. This plan has gained approval during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting held last weekend (18/6).
Ang Andri Pribadi, the Financial Director of Selamat Sempurna, announces that the total dividend of 2020 reaches 345.52 billion. It includes the interim dividend of IDR 230.34 billion and the upcoming distributed dividend of IDR 20 per share, disbursed to the listed shareholders.
“The profit attributable to the parent company on December 31, 2020, reached IDR 487.74 billion. The unrestricted earnings were IDR 2.02 trillion, and total equity was IDR 2.64 trillion. Pribadi discloses through the information disclosure on Monday (21/6).
The schedule for the distribution has been decided. The cum and ex-dividend date in the regular and negotiation market is set for June 28 to 29, 2021, while the cash market on June 30 to July 1, 2021. (LK/ZH)
