JAKARTA – Susiwijono Moegiarso, the Secretary of the Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs, is appointed as a member of the board of commissary of PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk (BBKP) during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting last weekend (17/6).
In the information disclosure quoted on Monday (21/6), the said meeting agreed to restructure its boards of commissary and directors for the year 2021-2023. The representative of the government for this bank is Susiwijono Moegiarso, well known as a State Civil Apparatus working for the Ministry of Finance before being promoted to the Secretary of the Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs in 2018.
Moegiarso used to be the Director of Revenue and Regulation of Customs and Excise (2012) and the Director of Information on Customs and Excise (2010) for the Ministry of Finance. Moegiarso obtained his bachelor’s degree from Universitas Indonesia (UI) in 1997 and his Master of Economy from Universitas Trisakti in 2017.
As of May 2021, the ownership structure of Bukopin consists of Bank KB Kookmin Bank 67%, PT Bosowa Corporindo 9,7%, the government (in the process of title modification to PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset Negara) 3,1%, and the public investors 20.12%. (LK/ZH)
