JAKARTA - PT. Indosat Tbk (ISAT), Indonesia's leading digital telecommunications company, announced the launch of the first commercial 5G service in Solo.
The new 5G service in Solo will offer Indosat Ooredoo consumers and business customers faster mobile broadband internet access, in order to realize digital transformation and economic recovery in the city.
The launch of commercial 5G services is part of a new partnership with the Surakarta City Government (“Solo”) to support economic recovery. The partnership also includes collaboration in the realm of empowering MSMEs, digital talent education, and smart city development.
