JAKARTA. PT Jaya Real Property Tbk (JRPT) plans to distribute the cash dividend of IDR 22 per share, or IDR 302.5 billion in total, taken from the net profit in 2020.
According to Yohanes Henky Wijaya, the Vice President Director of JRPT, the total dividend to be distributed equals 32.71% of the 2020 net profit. “[It] follows the result of the company’s Annual General Shareholders Meeting,” Wijaya claims through the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange earlier today (24/6).
Wijaya stated that the cum date in the regular and negotiation market had been set for June 29, 2021, while the cash market would follow on July 1, 2021. The cash dividend payment would take place on July 23, 2021.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, JRPT recorded a net profit of IDR 924.91 billion in the fiscal year 2020. This gain is supported by the company’s operating revenue that reached IDR 2.18 trillion.
By the end of Q1 2021, PT Pembangunan Jaya is still reported as the controller of 64.22% of JRPT’s shares. Then, Watiga Trust Pre Ltd owns 14.17%, Vivian Setjakusuma 0.03%, and the public shares the remaining 21.57%. (KR/ZH)
