JAKARTA. PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk (BABP) plans to add another feature in its digital banking service: an online loan application.
COO of MotionBanking, Teddy Tee, reveals that this loan application feature is equipped with an artificial intelligence-based credit scoring technology. Thus, MotionBanking users could apply for a virtual and physical credit card online with such a quick approval process. In addition, these features would grant accessibility and time efficiency during an online credit card application process.
In a press conference, Tee states that his company aims to launch this new loan application feature in December 2021. He also notified Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) last week. This MotionBanking feature would also facilitate unsecured loans application.
Bank MNC hopes that its customer service, credit card holder, and corporate branding would improve by launching the said feature. (AM/ZH)
