Bank Harda transforms to Allo Bank Indonesia

05 July 2021 10:04

JAKARTA – PT Bank Harda International Tbk (BBHI) changes its brand name to PT Allo Bank Indonesia Tbk after obtaining the business license agreement from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) last June 2021.

Aryanto Halawa, the Head of Finance Planning & Control Division of Bank Harda, states that the company currently awaits the approval of logo transformation from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. “It is related to the rebranding process after joining the CT Group, controlled by PT Mega Corpora, PT Bank Mega Tbk (MEGA), and PT Bank Mega Syariah,” Halawa confirms in the information disclosure, quoted Monday (5/7).

Furthermore, Halawa explains that the company had obtained permission to launch a rights issue back in June 2021, aiming to raise the capital to IDR 7.49 trillion. This additional investment would help to meet the minimum requirements of the bank’s core capital to establish credit channelling and digital technology. (LK/ZH)
