JAKARTA – PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS), the developer of the integrated area in Cikarang, West Java, secures marketing sales gains of IDR 905 billion in the first half of the year. This number equals 45.2% of the marketing sales target for this year of IDR 2 trillion.

Tondy Suwanto, the Director of Puradelta Lestari, discloses that the marketing sales mostly come from the industrial land segment of 43.3 Ha. Then, the commercial sector follows along with the residential sector. “The marketing sales of the industrial land flows from the automotive sector and data centres,” Suwanto adds in the press conference on Wednesday (7/7).

According to Suwanto, the industrial land sales for data centres have soared since last year due to its beneficial value compared to other competitors. “We keep developing the special infrastructure to support the operation of data centres, thus offering competitive advantages,” he claims.

It is also specified that the residential and commercial land sales derive from Naraya Park and shop-houses sales. DMAS currently still holds 50-hectare industrial land demand from various sectors. (LK/ZH)
