JAKARTA – PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) acquires a credit facility extension from PT Bank Permata Tbk (BNLI) of IDR 800 billion. It comprises a revolving credit of IDR 300 billion and term loans of IDR 500 billion. This facility is a revised version of the facility agreement of IDR 800 billion signed on August 16, 2019, and amended on May 6, 2020.
In the information disclosure, quoted Friday (23/7), Irfan Ghazali, Corporate Secretary of TOWR, claims that this facility is intended to support PT Iforte Solusi Infotek (Iforte) on its working capital. “The tenor for the revolving credit spans to August 16, 2024, while the term loans would mature by May 6, 2023,” Ghazali adds.
In addition, TOWR and BNLI also signed a foreign currency contract that would not exceed USD 3.5 million on July 19, 2021, for Iforte. Protelindo, a subsidiary of TOWR, would guarantee Iforte’s obligation regarding the credit facility and foreign currency agreements mentioned above. (LK/ZH)
