JAKARTA. PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk (WIIM) arranges its dividend distribution of IDR 20.5 per share, rounding up to IDR 43.05 billion. It would be taken out of its net profit in the fiscal year 2020.
Lucas Firman Djajanto, Director of Wismilak Inti Makmur, claims that this plan aligns with the result of WIIM’s General Shareholder Meeting held a couple of days ago. As an additional note, the total dividend to be distributed equals 24.99% of the total net profit recorded in 2020.
According to idnfinancials.com data, WIIM reported the net profit to reach IDR 172.25 billion in the fiscal year 2020. After giving out its dividends, the company would store IDR 1 billion as the reserved funds. The remaining amount would be allocated to its retained earnings.
The management had set the cum dividend date in the regular and negotiation market to August 4, 2021, followed by the cash market on August 6, 2021. The payment would be channelled out on August 27, 2021. (KR/ZH)
