JAKARTA. PT Indo Acidatama Tbk (SRSN) would give out the cash dividend of IDR 1 per share, rounding up to IDR 6.02 billion in total. It would be taken out of its net profit recorded in 2020.
According to Benny Herman, Corporate Secretary of Indo Acidatama, this plan had been discussed over the Annual General Shareholders Meeting held on Thursday (5/8). In the said meeting, the shareholders agree to allot 13.64% of the entire net profit in the fiscal year 2020 as the cash dividend.
The management had also set the cum dividend date in the regular and negotiation market to August 16, 2021, followed by the cash market on August 19, 2021. Meanwhile, the payment would be disbursed on September 8, 2021. “It is at least within ten days after the recording date,” Herman confirms.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, SRSN scored IDR 44.15 billion in the fiscal year 2020. In addition, the company earned the retained earnings of IDR 131.51 billion and total equity of IDR 587.89 billion.
As of March 2021, 22.75% of SRSN is still under the control of Bambang Setijo. PT Budhi Bersaudara Manunggal owns 14.15%, PT Kemiri Sarana Investama 13.62%, PT Sarana Integritas 5.04%, and public investors 16.05%. Then the remaining portion is divided among the boards of directors and commissioners of SRSN. (KR/ZH)
