JAKARTA. PT Asabri (Persero) has once again diluted its ownership percentage in PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB). As of August 9, 2021, its portion is left at 5.62%, equal to 421,125,590 shares.
In the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange on Tuesday (10/8), Bank Neo Commerce reveals that Asabri had trimmed down its stock ownership in BBYB by 90 million shares in one go. It initially amounted to 511,125,590 units or 6.82%.
Three days before, on August 6, 2021, Asabri was reported to still own 7.49% of BBYB’s shares. Then, it divested 50 million units of shares, cutting its portion down to 6.82%.
As of July 31, 2021, the data shows BBYB’s majority shareholder is PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia, with 24.98% ownership. PT Gozco Capital owns another 18.95%, Yellow Brick Enterprise Ltd follows with 11.10%, PT Asabri (Persero) 10.09%, Rockcore Financial Technology 6.12%, and the public 28.76%. (AM/ZH)
