Summarecon secures 75% of its marketing sales target for the year

JAKARTA. By the end of June 2021, PT Summarecon Agung Tbk has recorded marketing sales of IDR 3.5 trillion. It covers 75% of the target of IDR 4 trillion for this year.

Adrianto Adhi, President Director of Summarecon Agung, explains that out of the total current amount of marketing sales, instalment payment dominates with 48%, house ownership credit (KPR) follows closely with 31%, and cash payment is the least preferred method with 21%.

Adhi expresses his optimism regarding achieving the marketing sales target of IDR 4 trillion this year is backed up by several incentives issued by the government in the property sector. The incentive in question is the extended relief for government-borne value added tax (VAT) for landed houses and residential apartment units purchases until December 2021.

The said property company would also continue to develop products that cater to the customers’ interests, explore various payment methods, and consistently being innovative to keep the public’s eyes on acquiring their properties. (AM/ZH)
