JAKARTA - In accordance with the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held by PT Blue Bird Tbk (BIRD) on Friday, August 27, 2021, the company appointed Sigit Djokosoetono as President Director of PT Blue Bird Tbk.
The appointment of Sigit Djokosoetono is related to the completion of Noni Purnomo's term of office as President Director of PT Blue Bird Tbk in 2021, in which Noni will then occupy the position of President Commissioner of PT Blue Bird Tbk. On the same occasion, the company also announced the election of Andre Djokosoetono as Deputy President Director of PT Blue Bird Tbk, as well as the reappointment of Eko Yuliantoro as Finance Director of PT Blue Bird Tbk.
Sigit said that with the foundation that had been built previously and the strategy that had been carried out by the company, changes to the composition of the board of directors would continue to position Bluebird as the mainstay of transportation of choice for the people in the country.
"Although the challenges ahead are getting tougher, Bluebird will continue to carry out various development steps and relevant strategies to meet the public's demand for a comfortable, safe, and reliable transportation service for both passengers and logistics," added Sigit. (LM)
