JAKARTA - PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE) today held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) 2021, under strict health protocols & procedures for preventing the transmission of Covid-19. The EGMS chaired by Yul Ari Pramuraharjo, as the President Commissioner, approved 1 agenda, namely the honorable dismissal of Muhammad Toha Fauzi as Commissioner in connection with his appointment as Director of Operations I of PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero). Therefore, the composition of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors as of the closing of this EGMS, for a term of office of 5 years, is as follows:

In explaining the general condition of the Company, Yul Ari Pramuraharjo, President Commissioner, explained that, "PP Presisi succeeded in obtaining new contracts of IDR3.5 trillion until August 2021, an increase of 103% year on year from IDR1.7 trillion in the same period last year of which 32% are mining service contracts. The acquisition of a new contract for mining services is an achievement of the Company which will make the mining services business line a source of recurring income as well as mitigating business risks in the construction sector”.
