JAKARTA. Until July 2021, PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA) secured contracts worth IDR 150 billion, less than half of the target of new contracts for this year of IDR 562 billion.
Geraldine Simanjuntak, Head of Investor Relations of TRJA, is still well-assured that her company could attain the performance growth target of 2.5% to 5%.
TRJA had recently obtained a new contract of IDR 40 billion from a lease of at least 50 vehicles to be utilised in supporting the operational activities in the mining site. Meanwhile, in August 2021, TRJA also grabbed a new contract for a light bus rental in North Sulawesi, this time worth IDR 25 billion.
“We are still focusing on expansion projects to eastern Indonesia, particularly in mineral mining areas other than coals. We are also actively pursuing projects in the infrastructure industry sector,” Simanjuntak further revealed last week. (AM/ZH)
