Madusari to divide bonus shares with a 6:1 ratio

JAKARTA – PT Madusari Murni Indah Tbk (MOLI) would give out bonus shares from stock premium with the ratio of 6:1, which means that every six old shares are eligible for one bonus share.

In the minutes of the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting, quoted today (28/9), Adikun Basirun, President Director of Madusari Murni Indah, revealed that the bonus shares would amount to 289,148,083 shares of IDR 100 each or IDR 38.19 billion in total. “The total surplus capital is reported to reach 294,569,063,593 shares or IDR 294.56 billion in total,” he specified in detail.

In the said meeting, it was also agreed that if the shareholders receive the bonus shares in decimals, they would have them rounded up to the higher number for decimals more or equal to 0.5. For the record, the distribution would start on October 27, 2021.

MOLI’s issued and paid-up capital as of December 2020 amounts to 2,334,888,498 shares. PT Cropsco Panen Indonusa owns 41.37%, followed by Handojo Rustanto with 13.79%, Indra Winarno 6,.93%, Henny Rustanto 6.90%, Handayanti Rustanto 5.44%, Avadiawati Machmur 3.56%, PT Sejahtera Investama Indah 3.19%, Sandojo Rustanto 1.15%, and public 7.67%.
