Selamat Sempurna received dividends worth IDR 5.11 billion

JAKARTA. PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM), a factory machine and vehicle spare part manufacturer, announced the arrival of dividends of MYR 1.5 million, equivalent to IDR 5.11 billion, from one of its subsidiaries.

Ang Andri Pribadi, Director of Selamat Sempurna, revealed that the said dividend was sent from Bradke Synergies Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary headquartered in Malaysia. In the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Pribadi mentioned that this is SMSM’s second interim dividends accepted by the company in the fiscal year 2021.

According to idnfinancials.com, Bradke Synergies is a company in the investment business, operating commercially since 2007. As of June 30, 2021, Bradke Synergies’s assets before elimination total IDR 111 billion.

Bradke itself manages three other subsidiaries. They are Filton Industries Sdn Bhd, Powerfil Auto Parts, and Solcrest Pty, companies that run in the filter trading sector for heavy vehicles and equipment.

Throughout the first half of 2021, SMSM scored net sales of IDR 1.97 trillion, while its net profit was reported to reach IDR 314.3 billion. (KR/ZH)
