JAKARTA – PT Perintis Triniti Properti Tbk (TRIN) would place 485,950,490 shares in its portfolio in a rights issue, valued at IDR 100 each. After this corporate action, TRIN’s issued and paid-up capital would rise from IDR 437.35 billion to IDR 485.95 billion.
In the information disclosure, quoted Tuesday (5/10), TRIN plans to actualise the said plan at least 12 months after obtaining permission from the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on November 10, 2021. The proceeds are intended to acquire additional land banks and finance subsidiaries’ projects in the property sector.
Currently, TRIN’s authorised capital amounts to IDR 1.25 trillion, while its issued and paid-up capital reached IDR 437.35 billion. The shareholder structure consists of PT Kunci Daud Indonesia (KDI) with 41% ownership, PT Intan Investama Internasional (III) 34%, and public investors 25%. Lastly, its portfolio carries shares worth IDR 812.64 billion.
When TRIN concluded this rights issue, its shareholder structure would not experience any changes. However, its stock in portfolio would surely deplete to IDR 764.04 billion. (LK/ZH)
