JAKARTA. PT Inti Anugerah Pratama had divested 1.66 billion shares or 11.37% of its portion in PT Multipolar Tbk (MLPL) for IDR 805.75 billion.
With this transfer, the company that belongs to the Riadys is left with 55.11% of MLPL’s shares or 8.07 billion units in total. Corporate Secretary of Multipolar, Natalie Lie, confirmed this news in the information disclosure yesterday (7/10).
Lie further explained that PT Inti Anugerah Pratama had notified Multipolar through letter No. 211/IAP/X/2021 yesterday (7/10) that the company had transferred the shares within the company. The shares were sold for IDR 484.26 per share during the transaction from September 30, 2021, to October 5, 2021.
Other than Inti Anugerah Pratama, Connery Asia Limited is also reported as the shareholder, owning 4.78% of 499.86 million shares of MLPL. Then, Jeffrey K Wonsono follows with 72.678 units of shares, while the remaining 4.21 billion shares, or 28.75% of entire MLPL’s shares, are divided among public investors. (AM/ZH)
