JAKARTA. PT Pelayaran Nelly Dwi Putri Tbk (NELY), a transportation company belonging to Haskojaya Abadi, plans to distribute cash dividends of IDR 23.5 billion in total cash dividends. It equals IDR 10 per share, taken out of its gains in the fiscal year 2020.
Ria Novriani Putri, Corporate Secretary of NELY, stated that the said plan had aligned with the result of the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting held earlier this month. The dividends would be distributed to the parties officially listed as shareholders by October 15, 2021, at 4.15 PM WIB.
For the record, NELY failed to score net profit in the fiscal year 2020. Fortunately, the company still kept the unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 238.25 billion by the end of December 2020.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, Haskojaya Abadi was reported as the controller of 84.89% of NELY’s shares as of the end of 2020. Then, public investors claimed another 14.75%, while the remaining portion was divided among the boards of directors and commissioners of NELY. (KR/ZH)
