JAKARTA. Bank BCA distributed a credit worth IDR 3.8 trillion to PT Jasamarga Surabaya – Mojokerto (PT JSM). PT JSM would then utilise the said loan to refinance its existing credits and strengthen its cash flow.
Agus Setiawan, Director of Business of Jasa Marga, affirmed that the credit received by PT JSM would be spent on supporting maintenance and operational activities of the company. Thus, it could hopefully back the company’s performance. “The shareholders are fully committed to supporting PT JSM’s business growth,” he confirmed in the official statement yesterday (14/10).
With this loan, Setiawan hoped that the activities and services in the Surabaya – Mojokerto tollway could advance further than before as the technology utilisation becomes more popular.
PT JSM is a joint venture established by PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, owning 55.51%, and ASTRA Infra of another 44.49%. This tollway, stretching from Surabaya to Mojokerto, covers 36.27 km, consisting of four sections. Section IA Waru – Sepanjang (2.3 km), Section IB Sepanjang – WRR (4.3 km), Section II WRR – Driyorejo (5.1 km), and Section III Driyorejo – Krian (6.1 km). (AM/ZH)
