Graha Layar Prima secured additional facility of USD 5.5 million from CGI Holdings

JAKARTA. PT Graha Layar Prima Tbk (BLTZ), the CGV theatre network managing company, had signed the amendment of the facility agreement from CGI Holdings Ltd.

Yeo Deoksu, Director of BLTZ, confirmed that the company had obtained an additional credit of USD 5.5 million, equivalent to IDR 77.48 billion, from CGI Holdings. This credit facility would last one year, maturing on October 13, 2022.

“The purpose of this loan is to finance the company’s working capital,” Yeo revealed in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange.

According to idnfinancials.com data, BLTZ had been previously granted another credit facility by CGI Holdings of USD 22 million. It was initially due July 1, 2021, with an annual interest rate of 4.60%.

For the record, CGI Holdings is the ultimate shareholder of BLTZ, with an ownership percentage of 51% of BLTZ. CGI Holdings is a company directly managed by CJ Corporation, a multinational company based in South Korea. (KR/ZH)
