JAKARTA – PT Kurniamitra Duta Sentosa Tbk (KMDS) purchased a building for IDR 16.25 billion in South Tangerang, Banten, to be transformed into a warehouse. Director of Kurniamitra Duta Sentosa, Dion Amaury, announced the news in the information disclosure, quoted Tuesday (19/10).
The purchase of this additional warehouse is intended to extend storage volume for food and beverages before being delivered to customers. This asset was acquired from an unaffiliated party, with a transaction value equivalent to 12.51% of KMDS’s total equity in December 2020 of IDR 129.91 billion. “The funds for this asset purchase came from the company’s internal cash,” Amaury disclosed.
The recently bought warehouse has an area of 715 m2, located in Serpong, South Tangerang, based on the Building Rights Title Certificate under the name Karkam Leo. (LK/ZH)
