JAKARTA. PT FinAccel Teknologi Indonesia, popularly known as Kredivo fintech, is said to have elevated its ownership percentage in PT Bank Bisnis Internasional Tbk (BBSI) from 24% to 40%.
In the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) yesterday (18/10), Bank Bisnis announced the change in its shareholder structure. PT Sun Land Investama, which used to own 19.76% of the shares, is now left with 13.20%. PT Sun Antranusa Investment also has its portion shrunk from 14.94% to 10.5%. Lastly, Sundjono Suriadi, the initial controlling shareholder with 25% ownership, has his portion diluted to 20%. However, public investors still share the same 16.30%.
The decreased portions in Bank Bisnis’s shareholders who own above 5% ownership had allowed PT FinAccel Teknologi Indonesia to increase its ownership from 24% to 40%. FinAccel is the developer of the technology-based financial platform, Kredivo.
Bank Bisnis mentioned no impacts of events, information, or facts towards the issuer or public company’s operational or legal activities, financial condition, or business continuity.
Bank Bisnis is also known to prepare for its rights issue II of 434.78 million shares, or 12.56% of the company’s total issued and paid-up capital after the said public offering. The shares would be face-valued at IDR 100 each. (AM/ZH)
