PTPP obtained IDR 13.48 trillion from new contracts until Q3

JAKARTA – PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk (PTPP) secured new contracts, whose value totalled IDR 13.48 trillion by the end of Q3 2021. It increased 14.62% compared to the same period last year of IDR 11.76 trillion. Corporate Secretary of PTPP, Yuyus Juarsa, updated the achievement in the press release, quoted Monday (25/10).

According to Juarsa, the biggest contributor is the projects of State-owned Enterprises (BUMN), taking up 59% of the new contracts. Then, government projects followed with 32%, while 9% others were from new contract deals. Based on the project type, roads and bridges construction dominated the new contracts by 47.99%, followed by buildings 35.91%, irrigation systems 6.09%, ports 5.20%, industrial constructions 2.01%, airports 1.14%, power plants 0.74%, and oil and gas facilities 0.58%.

“We would focus on strategic projects ordered by BUMN and the government to maximise the new contract procurement this year,” Juarsa planned.

PTPP’s secured projects include Junction Dawuan toll of IDR 825 billion, Pegadaian Tower IDR 594 billion, Benoa dredging IDR 583 billion, Attorney General Office of IDR 500 billion, Papua Governor Office of IDR 357 billion, Phase 1.4 of Batang KIT road construction IDR 350 billion. Furthermore, there are also the Pura Besakih area refurbishment project of IDR 344 billion, Phase 2 of Mandalika infrastructure IDR 342 billion, Alor Regency infrastructure IDR 271 billion, Banten Hospital IDR 241 billion, Phase 3 of Taman Ismail Marzuki project IDR 226 billion, Bintang Bano irrigation system IDR 212 billion, and Manado-Bitung tollway additional projects of IDR 208 billion.
