KIOS develops e-fulfillment by adding warehouse

JAKARTA - PT Kioson Komersial Indonesia Tbk (KIOS), a technology issuer engaged in e-commerce, telecommunications, finance, and merchandising continues to aggressively increase the GudangPintar business to develop e-fulfillment to support Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia.

This time, KIOS will launch 100 GudangPintar to work on the MSME market in East Java. GudangPintar is a digital ecosystem in the form of warehouse-based services that become a logistics solution for retail partners quickly and efficiently in meeting the needs of online to offline (O2O) customers.

Roby Tan, as Director of KIOS, said, “We are very happy to continue to add to our GudangPintar in various regions in Indonesia. Currently, KIOS will gradually build 100 Smart Warehouses in East Java. As for the initial stage, we are preparing four warehouses in East Java in the Regencies of Nganjuk, Mojokerto, Ngawi, and Malang. The goal is that KIOS can continue to support the digitization of MSMEs in Indonesia through this GudangPintar.”

GudangPintar acts as a Fulfillment Center as a MSME digital ecosystem solution ranging from storage, packaging, to shipping goods through expeditions equipped with WMS (Warehouse Management System). Previously, KIOS had built 84 Smart Warehouses in Central Java and 80,000 MSME stall partners which will continue to be expanded.

Apart from GudangPintar, KIOS has also collaborated with various FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) brands through its Retail services. KIOS has also collaborated with various large FMCG groups in Indonesia, such as Indofood, Mayora, Sinarmas, Focus, Javaprima, Kapal Api Group, and Orang Tua Group. (LM)
