Sarana Multigriya offered Bonds of IDR 2.80 trillion

JAKARTA – PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) (SMFP) commences the issuance of its Shelf-Registration Bond VI Phase II Year 2021 of IDR 2.80 trillion today (9/11) until November 12, 2021. This bond has an annual fixed interest rate of 6% and a five-year tenor.

Quoting the information disclosure on Tuesday (9/11), this bond is guaranteed with a full commitment by the underwriters. They consist of PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas, PT Bahana Sekuritas, PT BCA Sekuritas, PT BNI Sekuritas, and PT Mandiri Sekuritas of 15.86% each. Then, PT DBS Vickers Sekuritas would cover another 15.11%, while PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia handled the remaining 6.50%.

The proceeds gained from this bond issuance would be allocated to replace some portions of its equity that had been channelled to the Housing Ownership Credit (KPR) distributors worth IDR 2.85 trillion in June 2021. Furthermore, SMFP’s total assets were reported to reach IDR 31.59 trillion, while its liabilities amounted to IDR 19.65 trillion. Then, its temporary syirkah funds were IDR 556.01 billion on top of its total equity of IDR 11.73 trillion.

As of June 2021, SMFP’s total revenue hit IDR 1.20 trillion, while its total expenses were at minus IDR 824.3 billion. Its net profit reached IDR 310.18 billion, while the current year comprehensive profit arrived at IDR 309.28 billion. For the record, PT Pefindo granted the upcoming bond an “idAAA’” rating. (LK/ZH)
