Divesting its portion in TNCA, Belanja Hitungan Detik gained IDR 18.08 billion

JAKARTA – PT Belanja Hitungan Detik (BHD) sold off 4.72% of its shares in PT Trimuda Nuansa Citra Tbk (TNCA) for IDR 18.08 billion earlier this week (22/11). This transaction was the fourth round since the first one was held last week (17/11).

Marius Obbert Mulia, Director of Trimuda Nuansa Citra, confirmed that BHD’s portion has depleted to 11.75% after divesting 20,317,000 of its shares placed in the company. “After this transaction, the shares now amount to 49,552,200 units from the initial 69,869,200 units, using the transaction price of IDR 890 per share,” he elaborated as quoted from the information disclosure today (25/11).

On the other hand, Benny Parulian, Director of BHD, explained the stock transfer transactions in detail from November 17 to 22, 2021. On November 17, 2021, the company transferred out 5,520,100 shares for IDR 650-730 each, reducing its portion from 23.16% to 21.85%. The next day (18/11), its portion decreased again to 20.98% after selling 3,659,000 shares for IDR 650-680 each. Then, in the transaction on November 19, 2021, BHD sold 18,600,000 shares for IDR 800-815 each, cutting its ownership in TNCA to 16.57%. (LK/ZH)
