JAKARTA. PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) would distribute interim dividends of IDR 920.14 per share or IDR 4.99 trillion cumulatively by the upcoming mid-December.
According to Billy Nikolas Simanjuntak, Corporate Secretary of Indosat, the said plan follows the decision letter issued by the company’s boards of directors and commissioners. In the said letter, the directors and commissioners of ISAT agreed to give interim dividends to the shareholders entering the official list by December 8, 2021.
The cum dividend date in the regular and negotiation market is set to December 6, 2021, and December 8, 2021, for the cash market. Then, the payment would be disbursed on December 16, 2021.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, ISAT reported a net profit of IDR 5.8 trillion by the end of Q3 2021. For the record, this achievement was drastic compared to the loss suffered in the same period last year, amounting to IDR 457.50 billion.
This massive gain recorded in Q3 2021 was supported by its revenue that reached IDR 23.06 trillion, which showed 11.96% growth year-on-year. (KR/ZH)
