JAKARTA. The portion of Purnomo Prawiro in PT Blue Bird Tbk (BIRD) increased to 11.37% following the acquisition of 3,735,200 shares of BIRD last week.
Until October 31, 2021, Prawiro’s ownership percentage in BIRD was reported to be only 10.80%. His portion were raised through transactions conducted on November 23 and 25, 2021, sporting prices of IDR 1,565 to IDR 1,600 each. Thus, the total shares owned by Prawiro now reach 284,654,300 units.
“The purpose of this investment transaction is the direct ownership status,” Prawiro reaffirmed in the information disclosure posted on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) last Sunday (28/11). (AM/ZH)
