JAKARTA – PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk (ASSA) acquired a Special Transaction Credit (lit. Pinjaman Transaksi Khusus/PTK) 2 of IDR 500 billion from PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA). Corporate Secretary of Adi Sarana Armada Tbk, Hindra Tanujaya, confirmed the news in the information disclosure quoted Thursday (2/12).
It was mentioned that the said credit facility would be used to purchase new vehicles to be rented by the customers. “This facility would give impacts in the form of enhanced revenue growth and company development,” Tanujaya continued.
As of September 2021, ASSA collected revenue from the vehicle rental segment of IDR 1.19 trillion. Then, the income from the vehicle sales reached IDR 263.09 billion, followed by the logistic service of IDR 98.20 billion, the transportation service of IDR 1.79 trillion, and the auction service of IDR 128.57 billion.
