JAKARTA. PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk (BNII) has issued Negotiable Certificates of Deposit (NCD) with a face value of IDR 990 billion.
The said certificates had been registered previously in the Indonesia Central Securities Depository (KSEI) under NCD XIV Bank Maybank Indonesia Year 2021. The instrument has a discount rate of 3.75% year and a 12-months tenor.
The NCD could be traded per IDR 10 billion and would be electronically distributed on December 8, 2021. It would then mature by December 8, 2022.
BNII also has assigned several security companies as the arrangers in this NCD issuance. These companies include PT BNI Sekuritas, PT Indo Premier Sekuritas, PT Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia, and PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM).
Based on idnfinancials.com data, BNII has distributed credits of IDR 98.79 trillion until this September (9M 2021). In this period, the company managed to score IDR 5.35 trillion in net interest income and IDR 1.06 trillion in its net profit. (KR/ZH)
