Surya Dhoho Investama to manage BDI’s land worth IDR 22.53 billion

JAKARTA – PT Surya Dhoho Investama (SDHI) took over land owned by PT Bukin Dhoho Indah (BDI) of 72,625 m2 worth IDR 22.53 billion. Two companies involved in this transaction are subsidiaries of PT Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM).

In the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (8/12), Heru Budiman, Corporate Secretary of Gudang Garam, revealed that the said lot was located in Bulusari, Jatirejo, and Tarokan villages in Kediri, East Java. “The payment for the transfer of this purchased land would be made at least 14 days after the transaction signing,” he continued.

SDHI is a private airport developer in Kediri, East Java. BDI’s land is located on the border of the Public-Private Partnership project of Kediri Airport. Thus, it calls for land transfer to SDHI.

The authorised capital of this company amounts to IDR 8 trillion with an issued and paid-up capital of IDR 6 trillion. The shareholder structure consists of GRRM of 99.99% and PT Suryaduta Investama of 0.01%. On the other hand, BDI’s authorised capital is IDR 1.5 trillion, while its issued and paid-up capital amounts to IDR 1.12 trillion. PT Surya Halim Karya Sejahtera claims 60.17%, followed by PT Suryamitra Kusuma of 39.83%, and Herry Susianto of 0.01%. (LK/ZH)
