Global Dinamika Kencana launches an MTO of 21.01% of DGIK’s shares

JAKARTA – PT Global Dinamika Kencana (GDK), the new controlling shareholder of PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK), arranges a Mandatory Tender Offer (MTO) of 1,164,429,200 shares or IDR 21.01% of DGIK’s total shares for IDR 80 each. This corporate action is called for after GDK took over 51.85% of DGIK’s shares.

In the information disclosure quoted Thursday (9/12), GDK was reported to have acquired 2,873,092,300 shares for IDR 80 each from several old shareholders, totalling IDR 229.84 billion. The old shareholders in question are PT Lokasindo Aditama (LA), PT Lintas Kebayoran Kota (LKK), PT Rezeki Segitiga Emas (RSE), and PT Multidaya Hutama Indokarunia (MHI).

The MTO would take place starting from Thursday (9/12) until January 7, 2022. The transaction value in this corporate action reaches IDR 93.15 billion.

The other shareholders have confirmed their idle status in this MTO. They include OCBC Sec Pte Ltd S/A Hudson River Group Pte Ltd, PT Limex Indonesia, PT Dirgantara Yudha, PT Kapitalindo Sejahtera Mandiri, PT Indodexa Wira Buana, PT Permata Buana International, Dudung Purwadi, Ongky Abdulrahman, Sutiono Teguh, Abraham Arief, Bimen Siswanto, and PT Bina Bangun Abadi.
