PPRO to focus on landed houses next year

JAKARTA. Property and real estate developer, PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO), would direct its strategy to focus on developing landed houses next year. It also aims for a performance growth rate of 10% in 2022.

I Gede Upeksa Negara, President Director of PP Properti, said that this target was made based on the improved performance in the property industry, going hand-in-hand with the prediction of the recovered economic growth. He further revealed the target revenue from marketing sales to proliferate 20% next year. Meanwhile, this year, his company is confident in attaining marketing sales of IDR 1.05 trillion.

By the end of Q3 2021, PPRO collected marketing sales of IDR 539 billion, slightly slipping by 2% year-on-year (yoy). However, several incentives given to the property industry, including government-borne value added tax, loan-to-value relaxation, and interest rate reduction, allow PPRO to hope for a final boost throughout the rest of 2021.

PPRO’s optimism in attaining the set growth target is also due to the fact that next year, there are still several ongoing landed house projects in various regions in Indonesia. Additionally, PPRO is all out in taking in projects in strategic zones, including the Mandalika tourism area and Batang Industrial Zone.

Until Q4 2021, PPRO has developed 20 residential projects, 17 of which are student apartments plus three other lagoon series: Grand Kamala Lagoon, Grand Sungkono Lagoon, and Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon. (AM/ZH)
