JAKARTA - PT Elang Media Visitama, a subsidiary of PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK) has signed the deed of sale and purchase of shares and effectively acquired 93% of PT Bank Fama International Tbk (FAMA) shares on December 22, 2021.
EMV purchased 9,089,503,800 FAMA shares with a nominal value of IDR 908,950,380,000, which represents 93% of the total issued and paid-up capital in FAMA.
EMV is a holding company engaged in management consulting services. Emtek owns 99.99% of EMV's shares and the other 0.00005% is owned by PT Kreatif Media Karya. (LM)
