Hutama Karya released bonds and sukuk worth IDR 1.31 trillion

JAKARTA. PT Hutama Karya (Persero), a state-owned company engaged in the toll road construction and development service, would issue securities in the form of bonds and sukuk, worth a total of IDR 1.31 trillion.

The issued bonds have been registered in the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (lit. Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia/KSEI) under the title Shelf-Registration Bonds II Phase II Year 2022. The face value of the said securities totals IDR 1 trillion and would be offered in three series.

Meanwhile, the sukuk was listed as Shelf-Registration Sukuk Mudharabah I Phase II Year 2022. Its face value arrived at IDR 313 billion and would be offered in three series, as well.

The public offering of the bonds and sukuk is scheduled for January 5-7, 2022, while the distribution will take place on January 12, 2022. The listing in Indonesia Stock Exchange will follow on January 13, 2022.

Hutama Karya has appointed four companies to assist the bonds and sukuk issuance as the underwriters. They are PT BNI Sekuritas, PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas, PT Indo Premier Sekuritas, and PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM). (KR/ZH)
