JAKARTA – PT Graha Layar Prima Tbk (BLTZ), the theatre managing company, managed to secure tenor relaxation for the credit of IDR 41 billion, now dragging to January 5, 2023. Initially, the said credit facility, which was signed by BLTZ and its debtor on January 18, 2021, was due January 2022.
Yeo Deoksu, Director of Graha Layar Prima, stated that the extended credit tenor was finalised by BLTZ and PT Bank Shinhan Indonesia yesterday (5/1). “The company and Bank Shinhan revised the agreement, extending the maturity date of the credit facility for another year,” he confirmed in the information disclosure this Friday (7/1).
The guarantee documents submitted for this credit facility was a standby letter of credit (SLBC) of Shinhan Bank Korea on January 15, 2021, under the name CJ CGV Co Ltd, the indirect controller of the company. This facility was intended to fund BLTZ’s working capital needs. (LK/ZH)
