LPKR intends for its marketing sales to grow 5% this year
JAKARTA. The success recorded in 2021 has encouraged PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) to anticipate growth in its marketing sales of over 5%, equal to IDR 5.2 trillion in 2022.
The successful achievements in questions included the marketing sales that reached IDR 4.96 trillion in 2021, jumping 86% year-on-year (yoy). The highest contribution was made by the gains scored in Q4 2021, proliferating 174% yoy to IDR 1.08 trillion.
John Riady, Chief Executive Officer of LPKR, explained that the massive gains in Q4 2021 originated from the satisfactory launch of 286 units of affordable landed houses in Cendana Cove, Lippo Village. “The sales of affordable landed houses contributed 63% of total marketing sales recorded in Q4 2021,” he added in the official release yesterday (12/1).
“Following the success in 2021, we are optimistic that the marketing sales in 2022 will continue to bring in satisfactory results,” Riady stated. This year, LPKR plans to launch several landed houses and other products, ranging from move-in ready mid-rise to apartment units in 2022. (AM/ZH)
