Debuting, Nusatama Berkah eyes fresh funds of IDR 105 billion

JAKARTA. PT Nusatama Berkah Tbk (NTBK), a mining and plantation heavy equipment manufacturer, seeks fresh funds of up to IDR 105 billion in its initial public offering (IPO) of 700 million shares in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

The total number of newly issued shares equals 25.93% of its total paid-up capital. Each share has a value of IDR 10 and will be offered for IDR 100 to 150.

NTBK plans to use 87.21% of the IPO proceeds to enhance its working capital, based on the official release received by idnfinancials.com. Meanwhile, another 6.02% will be allocated to buy machines, leaving 6.77% to expand production.

PT Danatama Makkmur Sekuritas has been appointed as the underwriter for NTBK's IPO. The book-building is scheduled from January 19 to 27, 2022, while the public offering will take place on January 31, 2022. Then, the listing on IDX will follow on February 9, 2022.

As of October 31, 2021, NTBK recorded total assets of IDR 61.25 billion. Meanwhile, its sales reached IDR 39.23 billion, leading to a net profit of IDR 443.26 million. (KR/ZH)
