JAKARTA. A freight transport company, PT Putra Rajawali Encanaa Tbk (PURA), targets its performance to grow by up to 50% in 2022. This goal is supported by several strategies, including an expansion plan and transport diversification.
Ariel Wibisono, President Director of Putra Rajawali Kencana, pointed out that the primary strategy to attain the targeted growth is to implement internal efficiency in the industry’s supply chain.
Regarding the said strategy, the company has signed a cooperation agreement and run the supply chain by transforming into a multimode company with a single document. Thus, it will allow the company to manage sea routes and railways. So Ariel explained, as quoted by Bisnis earlier this week.
Furthermore, PURA will extend its coverage area according to the demand and infrastructure development. PURA will expand into Sumatra regions. Moreover, it will also diversify transportation to the energy sector and other commodities, such as fertilisers and sugar. (AM/ZH)
