JAKARTA. PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) targets the marketing sales to reach IDR 1.2 trillion this year, or 28.75% higher than the 2021 realisation.

Deni Budiman, Financial Director of PP Properti, prayed that the property business prospect remains stable despite another COVID-19 Omicron variant case surge in Indonesia. “Several incentives in the property sector granted by the government, including the extended government-borne value-added tax (VAT) until June 2022, is expected to act as the drive in the property sector,” he explained, as quoted by Bisnis yesterday (20/1).

Budiman admitted that his company is still focusing on developing landed houses. On top of that, PPRO also listed some strategies to boost performances, including promoting ready-stock units sales by utilising the government’s incentives of VAT relaxation.

This year, PPRO allocates the capital expenditure of IDR 300 billion, which is 23% higher than the 2021 capital expenditure of IDR 243 billion. (AM/ZH)
