JAKARTA - The Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) skyrocketed by the end of today's trading (9/2). The index rose 0.66% to an all-time high of 6,834.61.
Eight sectoral indexes strengthened and pushed JCI into the green zone. The biggest increase occurred in the transportation and logistics sector, skyrocketing 4.01%. According to Kontan's report, the total stock exchange transaction volume reached 32.04 billion shares with a transaction value of IDR13.65 trillion.
The top gainers for LQ45 at the end of today's trading were PT Barito Pacific Tbk (BRPT), PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMG), and PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (AMRT). (LM)
