JAKARTA – PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS) is optimistic about setting the marketing sales target to IDR 1.8 trillion in 2022 following the all-time high demands of the industrial land, especially for data centre construction.

“Earlier this year, there were still demands for industrial land of approximately 70 hectares (Ha). Aside from the data centre sector, the demands came from the automotive sector, food industry, and household tools,” Tony Suwanto, President Director of Puradelta Lestari, explained in the press release quoted Thursday (17/2).

According to Suwanto, this year will bring forth many players in the data centre sector. Moreover, his company has built special infrastructure and utilisation to support the data centre activities in the available lots. For example, it built a special zone equipped with a premium optimal electric power supply and private fibre optic network to ensure data protection.

“It becomes the primary advantage of the industrial zones we manage in order to attract data centre customers,” Suwanto claimed.

DMAS is headquartered in Cikarang, West Java, managing a development area of 3,200 Ha in total. (LK/ZH)
