JAKARTA. PT Bundamedik Tbk (BMHS) drew up IDR 1 trillion to expand its business in 2022, following acquisition plans over several hospitals that had been decided.

Nurhadi Yudiyantho, Managing Director of Bundamedik, claimed that his company had studied the acquisition plan over two hospitals. He wished that the discussion could be concluded by the first quarter of 2022. “The location is still in Jabodetabek,” he added.

Several other running projects of Bundamedik include the Green Field project, which is intended to cover the development of a hospital ecosystem, such as laboratories, an in-vitro fertilisation clinic, and other facilities. In 2022, Bundamedik also focuses on expanding to other major cities, particularly in North Sumatra, Sulawesi (Makassar), Surabaya, and Bali.

Meanwhile, Ivan Sini, President Commissioner of BMHS, revealed that the said IDR 1 trillion funds would be in the form of loans from Bank BCA and would be utilised gradually. “We surely would not spend the funds all at once, but gradually, and certainly with hospital affairs in mind,” he further stated, as quoted by Kontan.
