PPRO paid its obligations worth IDR 1.1 trillion in total

JAKARTA – PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) paid off two sets of bonds of IDR 1.1 trillion in total, which were due last week. Deni Budiman, Financial Director of PPRO, confirmed the news in the press release quoted Thursday (24/2).

“The said payment had been made. It is worth IDR 300 billion for the Shelf-Registration Bonds II of PPRO Phase II Year 2021, maturing on February 15, 2022, while the Shelf-Registration Bonds I of PPRO Phase II Year 2019 is worth IDR 800 billion, maturing last Tuesday, February 22, 2022,” Budiman specified.

According to Budiman, the money had been transferred to the Indonesia Central Securities Depository (lit. Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia/KSEI) on February 14 and 21, 2022.

This week, PPRO earned a corporate guarantee from its parent company, PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk (PTPP), for its sharia loan facility of IDR 800 billion and a 12-months tenor from PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS).

It was mentioned that the company is undertaking several of the government’s top-priority projects. They include the national tourism area of Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara; the upcoming MotoGP event; and the construction of a four-star hotel, namely Prime Park Hotel & Convention Lombok, Mataram.
