JAKARTA - PT LRT Jakarta and PT Blue Bird Tbk (Bluebird) have agreed to collaborate in the development of digitalization technology and integration of public transportation service systems. This agreement was carried out through the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the two parties at the Jakarta Pegangsaan Dua LRT Station, Wednesday (9/3/2022).
President Director of PT LRT Jakarta, Hendri Saputra, said, “Through B2B services, PT LRT Jakarta will continue to cooperate with various parties in increasing satisfaction with LRT Jakarta services through various digital innovations and integration of transportation modes. This collaboration aims to optimize the use and utilization of digital applications owned by the Jakarta LRT and Blue Bird group (BBG), but not limited to service orders, fare information, routes and loyalty programs," he said.
PT LRT Jakarta and PT Blue Bird Tbk are now exploring more cooperation opportunities in terms of joint marketing campaigns both online and offline. The collaboration is also intended to provide commercial use of station assets so that they can be used for passenger service from PT Blue Bird Tbk's fleet including but not limited to promotional activities, placing signage and providing shelter. As well as providing a place for ad placement which includes, among others, customer blast e-mail, Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube Official Channel. (LM)
