JAKARTA – PT Sejahtera Inti Sentosa (SIS) grants a loan of IDR 30 billion to PT Sejahtera Abadi Solusi (SAS), which will be utilised as operational expenditure. These companies are affiliated under Mayapada Group.
Arif Mualim, Director of PT Sejahteraraya Anugrahjaya Tbk (SRAJ), the managing company of Mayapada Hospital, confirmed that the loan would be available for a year since the signing last week (8/3). “It can be automatically extended to another year should SAS fail to pay it off when it is due,” he explained in the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (15/3).
According to Mualim, the interest rate for this loan is 1.5% per year, which will be applied once the hospital that SAS manages fully operates. Both companies are related through Arif Mualim as the Director of SIS and SAS and Jonathan Tahir as the Commissioner of SIS and SAS. (LK/ZH)
