Issuing bonds and sukuk, Integra Indocabinet eyes IDR 400 billion

JAKARTA – PT Integra Indocabinet Tbk (WOOD), a timber manufacturer, plans to issue its Shelf-Registration Bonds I Phase II Year 2022 and Shelf-Registration Sukuk Mudharabah I Phase II Year 2022 worth IDR 400 billion in total. These securities will be up for the market in two series, starting next week (21-22/3).

Quoting the short prospectus issued on Wednesday (16/3), the Shelf-Registration Bonds I Phase II Year 2022 worth IDR 250 billion will be divided into Series A of IDR 197.47 billion and Series B of 52.53 billion. Series A will have a 9% annual interest rate for three years, while Series B will be equipped with an interest rate of 9.75% per year and a tenor of five years. Next is the Sukuk Mudarabah, which is worth IDR 150 billion. Its Series A of IDR 83.17 billion will be offered with a profit-sharing rate of approximately 9% per year for three years. Then, the Series B of the Sukuk Mudharabah will be offered for IDR 25.23 billion, with a profit-sharing ratio of approximately 9.75% per year and a tenor of five years.

The proceeds gained from this issuance of bonds and sukuk will be channelled to the company’s working capital. Specifically, it will be spent on purchasing raw materials, paying debts, and covering marketing and production costs.

The assigned underwriters are PT Bahana Sekuritas and PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM), while PT BPD Jawa Barat Tbk (BJBR) will act as the trustee. (LK/ZH)
