18 March 2022 12:01

JAKARTA - Strengthening strategic collaboration with various partners is still the mainstay of Investree's initiatives in 2022, one of which is with Lenders or Institutional Lenders. Yesterday (17/3), Investree officially welcomed PT Danareksa Finance into the ranks of Investree Institutional Lenders and inaugurated through the signing of the Channeling Financing Cooperation Agreement through the Investree Platform, held offline at the Investree Office in Sudirman, Jakarta.

The joining of PT Danareksa Finance as an Institutional Lender is expected to strengthen Investree's efforts to channel loans to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) during the economic recovery period and make them resilient. Investree's Co-Founder & CEO, Adrian Gunadi, said, “After last January we collaborated with regional banks, now with multifinance. This shows the commitment and sincerity of all parties involved – especially the financial institutions that choose Investree as a partner – in helping MSME actors to rise and be empowered. Of course, Investree's easy and fast digital process will really help PT Danareksa Finance reach more MSME players as the backbone of the Indonesian economy."

The pandemic did not dampen the interest of various large companies, especially financial institutions, to make funding. At Investree itself, since the pandemic began in March 2020 until March 2022, there have been 10 new institutional lenders joining and funding to increase assets and diversify portfolios, including Danareksa. Starting from national banks, regional banks, digital banks, multi-finance companies, to high-impact international companies. At the end of 2021, it was recorded that Investree had succeeded in disbursing loans of Rp2.3 trillion from all Investree Institutional Lenders to business actors/Borrowers in need. This figure is up 17.6% YOY from lending by Institutional Lenders in 2020.

PT Danareksa Finance is a multi-finance service that provides capital goods financing throughout Indonesia and has been established since 1992. The track record of PT Danareksa Finance's business capabilities is well documented, with net profit increasing by 16% YOY and managed Net NPF below 1.00%, namely 0.56%. Meanwhile, Investree managed to record a total loan facility of IDR 15 trillion as of February 2022 with a Payment Success Rate of 90 or TKB90 consistently at 99%. Lender growth also increased 38% YOY (2020 to 2021) both institutions and individuals.

PT Danareksa Finance follows a number of big names who have become institutional lenders at Investree, including Bank BRI, Bank Danamon, Bank Mandiri, Bank Jago, Bank Raya, Accial Capital, Saison Modern Finance, and GMO Payment Gateway. (LM)
